Album Preview: Noveliss Teams Up with Dixon Hill on Upcoming Album – ‘Book of Changes’

Detroit-based songwriter and musician Noveliss has teamed up with singer / producer and composer Dixon Hill on the upcoming new album, Handbook of Updates, derived from I Ching.

Handbook of Updates will be released on November 19 via Soul Records / Fat Beats.

In their first collaboration, Noveliss and Dixon Hill created a series of songs for Handbook of Updates on the ancient writings of I Ching, demonstrating the wisdom found in the book. The album was created, recorded, and recorded individually.

Formerly known as J-Roc, Noveliss is part of the hip-hop group, Clear Soul Forces, which signed with Fat Beats in the mid-2000s and made the world aware of their existence with the release of “Get No Better.” The group traveled to North America and then to Europe. Noveliss decided to make a serious commitment, speaking on pop events related to Nerd culture, its unique Nerdcore genre, and its other interests.

Including 10 songs, entry points Handbook of Updates include “Non-existent,” the opening and sound of nature, followed by a smooth, smooth flow of Noveliss, explaining the importance of nature. Adorned with a cool jackets tone, the clear flow runs in cashmere colors.

“Loss For Words” runs smoothly and in harmony with Noveliss words, fast but not spicy and very fast. In its presentation there is a section of music, which makes the songs sound better. “Scheminonameanin” combines the scent of jazz and hip-hop into a fog-filled song filled with vague vocals and Noveliss out a little farther.

A favorite person, “Escape” rides a fun, smooth trip-hop with round waves of soft colors. The Noveliss gift of music manifests itself in this way. The “Cold Mountain” lo-fi video is pushed far above the drums.

The final song, “Permanent Waves,” features a middle-of-the-line hip-hop tempo, oscillating synths, and Noveliss smooth rhythm.

Handbook of Updates showcasing the sound of Dixon Hill as well as the visually pleasing music and the smooth running of Noveliss.
